DORAVIQUE™ focuses on solid fragrance objects developed around fragrance, physical form, material language, movement and personal application rituals.
We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs and specifications accurately.
Measurements and weights may be subject to reasonable variation.
Material texture, finish and tone may vary slightly.
Rotating, sliding, folding, magnetic or reversible structures may vary slightly in feel.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, pricing and availability accurately. Product concepts may reflect form studies, mechanism development, proportion testing, material combinations, tactile interaction and visual detailing developed or curated for the DORAVIQUE™ collection.
The appearance of colors may vary because of photography, lighting, screen settings, display calibration and other reasonable factors. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable variation.
Minor differences in finish, fragrance-core texture, color tone, assembly, dimensions, weight, movement resistance or tactile feedback may occur. Objects with rotating, sliding, folding, magnetic, reversible or other interactive components may also vary slightly in movement, alignment or tension. These characteristics are not necessarily defects.
Where a product listing indicates that a pictured item is representative, the piece received may not be visually identical to every product image. Photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and material variation may affect perceived color, finish or appearance.

Order confirmation is not always final acceptance.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order request was received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

Prices on doravique.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.
Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts and the final order total.
By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing and transit are separate periods.
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.
For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Applicable shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.
After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Return-shipping and original-shipping treatment depends on the reason for the return.

DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Report qualifying order problems within 7 days.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging and shipping label where appropriate.
After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return or other reasonable solution at no additional cost caused by that error.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Request changes as early as possible.
Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.
No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers. Discounts should be applied before checkout is completed.

DORAVIQUE™ products are sold as solid fragrance objects and related personal fragrance pieces. They are not sold as medical devices or medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.
Any references to ritual, tactile satisfaction, sensory experience, mood, atmosphere or similar experiences describe general product characteristics or intended user experience only and do not guarantee any medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or other particular outcome.
DORAVIQUE™ objects may include metal, ceramic, resin, magnetic, jewelry-style, rotating, sliding, folding, reversible or other moving components. Some products may include small or delicate parts. Handle products carefully, follow product-specific instructions and avoid misuse that could damage the fragrance object or its mechanism.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing or commercial resale should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be confirmed.
Purchasing products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official DORAVIQUE™ distributor, agent, representative, partner or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.
SECTION 14 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The object language is part of the brand.
The DORAVIQUE™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, original design concepts, sketches, object concepts, mechanical concepts, interactive structures, visual forms and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes. Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.
